Wild Rabbit Coffee

Wild Rabbit opened in the East Village earlier this year. The menu features coffee and matcha classics, unique drinks such as a jasmine tea based americano, chicken or beef crispy buns, Hong-Kong style egg waffles, and a modern Chinese snowflake dessert. I got the wild crispy bun without ham and the Wizard of Oz drink which was matcha foam over jasmine iced tea. I have been obsessed with this drink and want to re-create it at home. The bun was bursting with warm cheese and such a delight on a rainy morning.
